Room Rates

Front Desk Reservations Policies

1. We accept only cash payment in Thai Baht, US Dollar, and British Pound Sterling.
2. Please reserve and make room payment in advance to guarantee room availability.
3. The advance room payment is collected at full amount and non-refundable.
4. To change the check-in date, please call or email us 24 hours prior to checking in. The postponement must be within one-month period from the first actual check-in date. The hotel reserves the right not to refund the payment if the hotel is overbooked. The service is provided at no charge.
5. If you plan to extend your stay, please inform the front desk before 12:00 hrs (at noon time).

Online reservations Policies

1. The check-in date is non-changeable.
2. The reserved room will be kept until 7 P.M. unless time of arrival is specified during online booking process.
3. Each booking limits only one room of any types at a maximum of three nights. Please repeat the process to book the second room. For a large group reservation, please contact us directly.
4. The online booking system only allows the customers to book 1 day prior to the time of checking in and does not allow three months advance booking.
5. We will not be responsible for any flights delayed or any kinds of incidents.
6. To extend your stay, please inform front desk when checking in.

Check-in / Check-out Times

1. Check-in time is 13:00 hrs.
2. Check out time is 12:00 hrs - at noon time.
3. When checking out later than 12:00 hrs (at noon), a half day rate will be charged limiting to until 17:00 hrs.
   Please contact reception before noon for extended stay.

Baggage

• The service is 24-hour and free of charge until 22 hrs only for hotel guests. Over-period storage costs 20 baht/day/bag.

Children's Rates/ Extra Person charges

• There is no charge for children under 10 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested. Extra person charge of 500 baht applies to child over 10.

Visitors

• Hotel guests must inform joiner information before stay. Visitors are required to deposit a passport or I.D. card during their stay and are not allowed into the hotel after 22:00 hrs. Each unregistered persons or visitors after 22:00 hrs will be charged 500 baht as an extra person. Swimming pool facilities are restricted to hotel guests only.

Currency

• We accept only cash payment in Thai Baht, US Dollar, and British Pound Sterling. Please check our daily foreign exchange rate at front desk.

Other Charges

1. Guests are required to pay 500 baht to replace a lost or damaged room key.
2. In case of damaged or missing hotel property (towels, mattresses, etc.), guests are required to pay full replacement costs, referred at front desk.
3. Please keep your valuables in the safe deposit box provided in your room or at front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any guest valuables or missing items.
4. All conditions may be changed in the future without prior notice.
