Payment & Reservation Policies
- We accept only cash payment in Thai Baht, US Dollar, British Pound Sterling.
- If you plan to extend your stay, please inform the front desk before 12:00 hrs - at noon time. Paying in advance is recommended to guarantee room availability although room payment can be paid on day-to-day basis.
- Check out time is 12:00 hrs - at noon time.
- When checking out later than 12:00 hrs (at noon), a full day will charged. Please contact reception before noon for extended stay.
- Baggage service and storage hours are from 12:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs daily. (After 22:00 hrs, storage costs 20 baht per day per bag.)

Visitors are required to deposit a passport or I.D. card during their stay.

Visitors are not allowed in the hotel after 22:00 hrs. Each unregistered person or visitors after 22:00 hrs will be charged 500 baht as an extra person.
Other Hotel Policies
- Guests are required to pay 500 baht to replace a lost or damaged room key.
- In case of damaged or missing hotel property (towels, mattresses, etc.), guests are required to pay full replacement costs.
- Swimming pool facilities are restricted to hotel guests only.
- Creating noise disturbance such as having a party in your accommodation is strictly prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for any guest valuables or missing items.
